Delivery
100% Free Nationwide Shipping
We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all products across South Africa. No minimum spend, no hidden fees—just reliable delivery straight to your door.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Once your order is placed and your payment has successfully cleared, our warehouse team will prepare your items for shipment. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and dispatched from our facility.
Delivery Timelines
Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to our trusted courier partners, delivery takes between 2 to 8 business days, depending on your location:
- Major City Centers (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): Typically on the faster end of the spectrum.
- Outlying & Regional Areas: May take the full 8 business days to arrive safely.
Order Tracking
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your courier tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery’s progress online.
Returns & Refunds
Our 30-Day Return Guarantee
We want you to be completely confident in your Xecurion purchase. If you change your mind, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a standard return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: For “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping courier costs.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Pack Your Item: Once approved, securely pack the camera in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship it Back: Send the package to the return address provided by our support team.
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your TP-Link Tapo camera arrives damaged, or if you discover a manufacturer defect out of the box, please contact us immediately! Defective items are fully covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We will gladly arrange for the faulty unit to be collected and issue a swift replacement so your home security is never compromised.
