We are not liable for any delays caused by courier companies, strikes, or unforeseen natural events (including severe weather). Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the courier.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa:
- Cooling-off Period: You may return unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding return shipping costs).
- Defective Goods: All TP-Link Tapo cameras supplied by Xecurion are covered by the official local manufacturer’s warranty. If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, please contact us to initiate a return, repair, or replacement.
- Physical damage, lightning/surge damage, or damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse are strictly excluded from the warranty.
